As employees of the Fort Gregg-Adams Family Morale Welfare Recreation (FMWR) Directorate, we are committed to providing services as outstanding as those we serve in the Fort Gregg-Adams Community including our Military Service members, DoD Civilians, Retirees and their families.
To continue to encourage the level of excellence required to perform at the highest level of efficiency with improved morale and teamwork, the FMWR Employee Recognition Program has been established. The Program is designed to empower all FMWR employees to recognize their peers, subordinates, or supervisors for their contributions to the organization and customers we are proud and devoted to serve.
To ensure all employees are fairly treated and to provide oversight over the program, an FMWR Employee Recognition Board is established. I encourage all FMWR employees to actively participate in the program and to take the opportunity to recognize our deserving employees for their great contributions and service.
