- Coaching allows volunteers to give time back to your kids and their friends.
- Coaches teach a sport they love!
- Children of head coaches participate in the sport for FREE. Assistant coaches can enroll the child they are coaching for free - plus receive discounts for multiple children registered for youth sports.
- Coaches can select practice days and times from field/court space availability.
- Coaches are provided with the training necessary training. This training is recognized worldwide.
- Volunteer coaching only requires a small investment of 4 hours a week (spread over 3-day period for practices and game) for a maximum of 12 weeks.
Youth Sports is currently in need of volunteer coaches to facilitate the sport programs aimed providing the children of the Fort Gregg-Adams with ongoing opportunities to increase their strength, endurance, and coordination while developing the social skills needed to develop friendships and confidence. Additionally, individuals who volunteer to coach in the Gregg-Adams Youth Sports programs benefit as well.
Without volunteer coaches there can be no youth sports!
