Looking for a new fitness challenge? Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation hosts a Hero Workout of the Day on Saturday, May 25, 9:30 a.m. - 12 Noon at the Strength Performance Center Track. This challenging full-body workout consists of one mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats, and one mile run. This free event offers participants a path to measure their exercise goal achievements. Workout solo or with a select group. No registration required.Select groups of 5 or more may represent their Unit or Battalion and receive 50 points toward the awarding of the annual Commanders Cup.
