Read a book and color your world! Open to all ages!
Excitement and fun await those who participate in the Fort Gregg-Adams Community Library's Summer Reading Program. This year’s theme is Reading Colors Your World. Library patrons young and old are encouraged to be creative, try new things, and explore art and science through a variety of projects.
The Library will host a variety of activities for children, teens, and adults at the Bunker Hall Cafe. Participants can win prizes for reaching their reading goals. In addition to reading great books, library patrons can participate in exciting programs.
Programs of reading, crafts and exercise for the kids are scheduled on June 15, 22, 29, July 6, 13, 20, 27 and August 3, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Teens will be offered a program of MakerSpace projects on June 24 and July 22, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. We also have an adult activity event scheduled for July 8, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
The Summer Reading Program concludes with a special awards ceremony held on August 17, 10:30 - 11: 30 a.m.
