Family and MWR Fitness invites you to join our weekly fitness classes. Weekly fitness classes include Aerobics, Boot Camp, Gentle Iyengar Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Spinning and Zumba. Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather or if minimum class participation levels are not achieved.
Registration Information
You must be 18 years of age in order to attend fitness classes and have a valid military ID card.
