- Army Community Service (ACS) Newcomers Orientation is the first Monday* of the month at the Soldier Support Center, 1401 Barfoot Avenue, Bldg 3400, 2:00 p.m. If you are new to the installation subject matter experts from ACS, JAG Client Services, CYS, Army Wellness center, Safety, Inspector General, FMWR and many others are ready to welcome you. Military spouses are welcome to attend. Children friendly.
* Subject to change without prior notification. - If you have received orders for a PCS move overseas, ACS Relocation Readiness provides a monthly Mandatory Overseas Brief the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Soldier Support Center, 1401 B Avenue, Bldg 3400, 1:00 p.m. Subject matter experts from American Red Cross, Transportation, VET, JAG Client Services, Official Travel, Passports and others are ready to assist with your overseas move. Military spouses are welcome to attend. Children friendly.

Military INSTALLATIONS Plan My Move a helpful feature that provide tools to successfully plan your next PCS move.
Military INSTALLATIONS allow you to view articles, photos, major unit listings and contacts for programs worldwide. If you can’t find an international location, visit the State Department’s U.S. Passports & International Travel page. You may also want to try the State Department’s Transition Center, which serves U.S. government employees and families assigned to diplomatic posts abroad.
Plan My Move provides you with access to information about your entitlements and benefits, to points of contact, checklists, planning tools, and information on education and employment. Plan My Move offers a calendar, to-do checklist to put you and your family in charge of a smooth relocation to your new duty assignment.

- Lending Closet - The Lending Closet provides basic housekeeping items for temporary loan to incoming and outgoing Service members, civilian employees and families. Individuals must show orders arriving or departing and ID card. The ACS lending closet is open from 8 AM - 4 PM, M-F at the ACS Army Family Resource Center (ACS Annex). Relocation Readiness support will be provided to reduce or eliminate problems arising due frequent military Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves. We offer a variety of relocation resources, programs and services to decrease the stress associated with relocating.
