Family members of active duty military personnel, active duty reservists and/or active duty of National Guard, Department of Defense (DoD) Civilian and DoD contractors. Fees are based on Total Family Income (TFI) to include BAS and BAH (BAH equivalent if living on post). Patrons must provide Leave and Earnings Statements (LES) for both working parents (if applicable).

The Battle Annex Child Development Center (CDC) is accredited through the National Association for the Education of the Young Child (NAEYC) and certified to operate by the Department of Defense. The following programs are offered:
Part-day Preschool (children 3 - 5 years old):
Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.; (2 day, 3 day and 5 day programs are available)
Part-day Strong Beginnings Pre-K (4 - 5 years old):
8:30 to 11:30 a.m., 5-day program Hourly Care (6 weeks - 5 years old):
Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 p.m.
