Three Peaks Challenge

Do you have what it takes to the reach the top? FMWR invites you to compete against your friends and your personal best by using the Jacobs Ladder machines to climb the equivalent of our nation's three tallest mountains, Mount McKinley, Mount Saint Elias, and Mount Foraker - a total of 55,720 feet. Located in the MacLaughlin Fitness Center and Strength Performance Center, the Jacobs Ladder machines will allow you to pump up your cardio workout and test your endurance while participating in this fun-filled event.

This challenge also promotes intra-company competition. The company that logs the most distance will be recognized as the champions of the challenge. Completion would require a daily climb average of approximately 1860 feet. All participants will be recognized for the efforts in this challenge. Special prizes are available for those that complete the  challenge and for the highest participating company.
