HIIT High Intensity Interval Training
A challenging workout with equipment and bodyweight that alternates between quick intensity & slow recovery while burning maximum calories.
Circuit Training
Circuit Training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises preformed in a circuit.It targets strength training and muscular endurance.
You must be 16 years of age and an eligible Family & MWR fitness facility patron to attend fitness classes. These classes are FREE this month and open to all fitness levels.
