Free Classes For Your Resolutions

Kick start your new year's resolutions with this free sample of the Fitness classes on January 9 - 27, at the MacLaughlin Fitness Center.  Put yourself on the road to a healthier new fitness level by checking out these fitness classes offered year-round at the MacLaughlin Fitness Center: 

Zumba

Fusing Latin rhythms with dance and aerobics. Interval training with resistance training improves cardiovascular fitness while burning fat. Open to all fitness levels.

HIIT High Intensity Interval Training

A challenging workout with equipment and bodyweight that alternates between quick intensity & slow recovery while burning maximum calories. 

Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises preformed in a circuit.It targets strength training and muscular endurance.

You must be 16 years of age and an eligible Family & MWR fitness facility patron to attend fitness classes. These classes are FREE this month and open to all fitness levels.
