Army Community Services' New Parent Support Program invites you to Toddler Talks every third Wednesday, every other month (starting February 21), 9 - 11 a.m. at the ACS Family Resource Center, BLDG. 9023. This class will teach parents what to expect as their children transition into toddlerhood. Come network with other parents and learn helpful tips. Children are welcome.
