Based upon humorist Jean Shepherd’s memoir of growing up in the Midwest in the 1040’s, A Christmas Story follows nine-year-old Ralphie’s quest to get a genuine Red Ryder BB gun under the tree for Christmas. Ralphie pleads his case to his mother, his teacher and even Santa Claus himself at Higbee’s Department Store. As you may already know, their collective response is: “You’ll shoot your eye out!” All your favorite moments from the beloved motion picture are here.
Performance dates are November 12, 13, 19, 20, 26 & 27, at 8 p.m.; and November 14, 21 & 28, at 3 p.m.
